Refund Policy

The platform serves as a marketplace for freelance work, and accordingly, cases where orders can be canceled and funds refunded are specific and clear. Please read the refund policy before making a purchase.

Reading the following terms is binding for every transaction on the platform, and not reading them does not exempt the client from complying with them.

Canceling an Order

To cancel the order you purchased, please contact us via support email to request order cancellation and refund.

Please send the order id and the reason for canceling the order via email, and we will review the cancellation request as soon as possible.

How to cancel an order?

After accepting the cancellation request, we will refund the amount to you according to the method you used for purchase.

In the case of PayPal, we will refund the amount to the same PayPal account used for the purchase.

You will receive the money in your PayPal account within 48 hours.

In the case of Debit or Credit Card, you will receive the money back to the same card within a week or two.

Refund Currency

We will refund the money to you in the same currency you used for the purchase.

Conditions to cancel an order

  • Failure to deliver the service by the freelancer after purchase.
  • You may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order without service delivery during that time.
  • In case the service is delivered as agreed upon between the freelancer and the client, the order cannot be canceled. The platform can resolve any dispute between the parties in case of differences in delivery, quality, or delivery time.
