Terms

By registering on Monafiz, you agree to the following:

  • You acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to adhere to the Refund Policy.
  • You agree to the Terms of Service and commit to reviewing and understanding them fully before using the platform.

Fees and Commission

We charge a commission for each successful transaction

Commission is calculated based on the service price

The minimum price for a service on the platform is $5 USD.

The commission is 20% and is calculated based on the total price of service.

The accepted currency on the platform is the US dollar, and to facilitate the purchasing process for some users, we may accept payment in other currencies.

And thus, an additional small fee may be introduced if payment is made in a currency other than the dollar.

Freelancers

The freelancer agrees to the terms, including the following:

  • Avoid violating copyright and intellectual property rights.
  • Delivering the service as described and advertised.
  • Maintaining the quality of the service and delivering high-quality work.
  • Adhere to the platform's policy and refrain from publishing any inappropriate works or offensive visual images.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights; therefore, any work that violates these rights is prohibited and will be removed immediately.

In case of violation of these rights, please inform us immediately!

The user should note that they bear full responsibility for uploading services, and any violation of intellectual property rights may result in the suspension of the user's account.

Payments and Payouts

On the platform, we provide various payment methods to facilitate the purchase of services.

Currently Available Payment Methods

  • Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards
  • PayPal

Earnings are withdrawn through the available withdrawal methods and in accordance with the withdrawal terms.

  • The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $5.
  • Earnings from any purchase can be withdrawn after 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Bank transfer to a US bank account

When the user purchases using a currency other than the dollar, a new balance is created for the seller in that purchased currency

When working on Monafiz, it's important to adhere to the platform's guidelines, which generally restrict communication outside the platform. Here are some key conditions for not communicating outside of Monafiz:

  • Monafiz Terms of Service: Freelancers and clients agree to follow Monafiz's terms and conditions, which typically prohibit off-platform communication. Violating these rules can result in account suspension or permanent removal.
  • Payment Protection: Monafiz provides payment protection or escrow services only for projects and communication done within the platform. If you communicate or transact outside of Monafiz, you lose access to these protections.
  • Dispute Resolution: The platform offers dispute resolution services in case of conflicts. Moving communication outside of Monafiz makes it difficult to access these services, leaving both parties vulnerable to unresolved disputes.
  • Transparency and Accountability: Keeping all communication on Monafiz ensures a clear, documented record of agreements, messages, and project milestones. This enhances transparency and accountability between freelancers and clients.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Monafiz has security protocols in place to safeguard your data. Communicating outside the platform could compromise the confidentiality of sensitive information and increase the risk of security breaches or fraud.
  • Legal Compliance: Monafiz requires that all communication and transactions occur on the platform to comply with local tax, labor, and other legal regulations. Taking communication off-platform could lead to legal complications for both parties.
  • Trust Between Clients and Freelancers: Staying on Monafiz fosters trust, as both freelancers and clients are aware of the platform’s rules and protections. Following these guidelines ensures a safer and more professional working environment.
  • Avoiding Scams and Fraud: Monafiz offers protection against common freelancing scams like fraudulent payments or requests for free work. Communicating outside the platform increases the likelihood of falling victim to scams.
